We’re back by popular demand! Starting October, we will be holding classes every two weeks instead of monthly. Whether you’re new or experienced, join us for an all-level Contact Improvisation session. This dance form is not choreographed, nor is it bound by musical rhythms. It’s a social dance that evolves from modern dance traditions and emphasizes partnered movement. Each session explores balance, counterbalance, body mechanics, and the artistry of connecting through movement. Please wear comfortable pants or tights that cover your knees.
