Auras
Auras are energy fields that surround all living things. They are generated by and linked to your seven chakras and if you have the ability, they can be seen, felt or sensed. Understanding your own personal aura helps you to know how to rebalance yourself. They constantly change in response to your physical and emotional state.
There are three different major aura types, visual, sensory and aphasic, and they makeup the majority of all auras. The most common of those three types is visual aura. In addition to that there are also negative and positive aura forms. Some negative aura forms are addiction, anger and jealousy while some positive aura forms are love, euphoria and serenity.
One method you can use to see your aura is to choose a plain background and place a mirror in front of you or use a handheld mirror. Your aura is strongest around a your head and it is said that it is better seen when you use your peripheral vision. This way you can see the colour and shape of your aura.
A simple way to cleanse your aura is by closing your eyes and standing under running water, you can use your shower. Start by stretching your hands as high as you can while you’re under the water. Imagine all negative energy and thoughts leaving your body from your toes while new energy comes through your fingers. Visualise all old energy and bad thoughts washing down the drain.
